eBooks at PCPL

CloudLibrary – Beginning December 15, 2025

The CloudLibrary collection includes a curated collection of eBooks and audiobooks that we have ordered for you. Content can be accessed primarily through the dedicated CloudLibrary app, available for iOS, Android, and Kindle Fire devices. The app allows users to browse, borrow, download for offline reading, and manage their borrowed items. Freading

Freading is an e-book service provided by public libraries that offers unlimited, simultaneous downloads of fiction and non-fiction titles with no wait-lists.
Users can read books on compatible devices or computers, and it often uses a token system where users receive a set number of tokens per week to download books. To use it, you need a library card from a participating library and to download the Freading app or use a compatible reader like Adobe Digital Editions.
